body building tracker dot com is all about body builders having an online identity. A common place for body builders to track their progress and share their details with each other if they wish. The term body builder is used loosely here. A body builder is simply some one who wants to improve their body.

so what's this all about then ...

You know what it's like. "I wish I had before and after shots." Or ... "I don't seem to be progressing, but when I see people I haven't seen in a while, they say they can tell a difference." Or ... "I wonder how far my bench press, squat or deadlift has come along since last year?" Or ... "Am I really losing weight, am I slowly making any difference?" Many of my gym friends regularly ask some or all of these questions, as did I.

But it's not all about muscles, is it? No. Body building tracker can also be used to track how you lose weight, or decreasing your body fat percentage, before you start working on the muscles if you even do.

What ever your routine, diet or needs; from beginner to the very experienced, body building tracker can be used. It's up to you. I think there's something here for every body.


so how did it all start ...

I decided to create something that could help track my progress, allowing me to instantly see if my arms have grown a little over the last month or so, or if I can see a change in my physique. Progress happens so slowly it's hardly noticeable most of the time. I wanted something to keep me motivated. If I see progress even when I feel I haven't progressed, it really helps.

Once more, this system also helped me to identify areas for improvement. Some times I would notice measurements would take a step back. I could re-trace what had changed in my diet or workout and correct if necessary.

Because I find this extremely useful, I decided to share it. Kind, aren't I. Please enjoy!
